The only exceptions are goods made to customer specifications (e.g. custom cases), wear parts, and products that cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene (e.g. reeds for woodwind instruments you have already used) or licensing (e.g. software you have registered).

If you are not one hundred percent satisfied with an item purchased from Musik-Ebert, please get in touch with us and we will arrange the return for you. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

Simply send us your order number along with a note that you would like to make a return, and we will email you a return label.
Even easier via your customer account: log in to your customer account, open the relevant order and select “Request return”. Then choose the items you would like to return and state the reason for the return. We will review your request and email you the return label.
