The heart of the 2C is its solid cedar top. Unlike entry-level guitars with a laminated top, a solid top vibrates freely and matures tonally over the years. Cedar delivers a warm, round and immediately responsive tone with generous volume – exactly the foundation on which to build dynamics and expression from the very beginning.

Sapelli body and Spanish construction

The sapelli back and sides give the sound a balanced, present character. The African mahogany neck is joined to the body in the Spanish tradition (Spanish heel) for a stable, warp-resistant instrument. The rosewood fingerboard and 650 mm scale length offer the familiar geometry of a full-size 4/4 classical guitar.
