Made from high-purity, matt white quartz, the 40 cm bowl produces a long-lasting, ethereal tone that spreads noticeably through the room when struck or rubbed gently with the mallet. The enclosed silicone ring protects the bowl against knocks and at the same time ensures the best possible resonance while playing.

The Om Frequency – The Earth Year Tone

Tuned to 136.10 Hz (≈ C#3) according to the 432 Hz standard, this bowl corresponds to the so-called Om tone – the cosmic earth year tone. Tip for Getting Started

Run the mallet slowly and with even pressure along the outer rim of the bowl to develop the full, ethereal tone – for the first strike, a gentle, even stroke on the upper rim of the bowl is enough.
